Established in 2017, Watershed Chartered Architect (WCA) is the trading name of T. K. Raymond Wong, who brings over 20 years of experience delivering projects in the UK and Germany. WCA offers services across all RIBA work stages — from feasibility and planning through to technical design and contract administration. As a RIBA Chartered Practice, WCA is committed to the highest standards of professionalism, best practice and ethics, specialising in small-scale developments, retrofit projects, and residential extensions and alterations.

Developing the brief, testing site constraints through feasibility studies, and establishing project outcomes.
Developing the architectural concept in response to the brief, coordinating with consultants, preparing and submitting planning applications, including pre-application advice where appropriate.
Coordinating architectural and engineering information, liaising with specialists, producing detailed construction drawings and specifications, and submitting Building Regulations plan-check applications.
Acting as Contract Administrator during the build - visiting the construction site as designer, responding to site queries, monitoring quality and progress against the Building Contract, and certifying Practical Completion.
Managing the handover process, resolving defects and, where instructed, supporting Post-Occupancy Evaluation to confirm the building performs as intended.
